We currently ship across India. We're working on expanding to other countries in the future.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most locations across India.
5. How can I track my order?
To track your order, simply log in to our website using the email you used during checkout. Once logged in, go to the “My Orders” section to view your order status and tracking details.
You'll also receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’re really sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures, and we’ll either replace or refund your item depending on the issue.
7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes! Contact us as soon as possible at support@vistoro.store with your order details. Once shipped, we can’t make changes.
8. Do you accept returns?
